There is so much confusing information out there about diet plans, so how do you decide what is best for us? Well, we have become experts ourselves, and that is not as difficult as it seems ... The key is to develop our intuition about our own bodies, and that's how ...
What most nutrition experts called miss is that each has unique needs, so that what is good for one person is not as good the next. Every time someone announces that they have the best diet very new wonder, there are legions of people who say it's rubbish. Well, this is not always entirely fair, since it could very well be a great diet for someone, somewhere, at this exact moment, as long as you can recognize!
However, very few people know how to choose a diet that is good for your health at any given time, so when you come across something that works, usually by chance, think it is the only answer and stick with it . The problem with this is that it may soon cease to be effective, and this can be very demoralizing to understand that there will always be - no meal plan can be perfect for anyone forever. Dietary needs change with all sorts of factors - physical imbalances, seasonal changes, activity levels, stress levels, age, different climates ... The list is endless.

Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the science of self-healing, a branch of the ancient Vedas, Indian knowledge systems. It has existed for thousands of years and offers a comprehensive system of classification, called the three "doshas" which eliminates any confusion about what is good and what is not, and not just diet, but in many other areas. These three doshas: vata, pitta and kapha, covering everything from body types to the types of food for the same stations. Once understood, even in basic form, so much of the mystery of the "good diet" is removed, and your intuition will grow.
The result? Instead of getting demoralized and thinking about all the diets out there are trash, you can pick and choose among them, as you need, in the knowledge of exactly what may be appropriate for you at any given time. This gives an enormous sense of confidence, which is perhaps the key to mastering one's own health, leading to feeling and looking better tha
