Ayurvedic Remedies as a holistic approach
Ayurvedic Remedies come from ancient traditions that have been widely used in India for 3,500 years. In its purest form Aired is a holistic approach to life, not just a form of treatment for the disease. Ayurvedic medicine emphasizes disease prevention in the context of one of the oldest forms of civilization of life.
Aired means "longevity through knowledge" in Sanskrit. The guiding concepts of Ayurvedic medicine involves a vision of five elements of nature. The five elements are earth, air, fire and water, as Greek science. Ether, the fifth element of Aired, is actually considered as the first: the essence of emptiness or the kind of evidence for the existence of other elements in the empty space / define the place of the ether.
In Ayurvedic medicine these elements combine in different ways in three dashes or biological energies:
- Vita - air combines with ether.
- Pita - the fire is mixed with water.
- Kappa - water mixed with earth.
In Aired each individual has only mixed dashes. In the balance are healthy, but out of balance that plague you. The application of Ayurvedic therapy means the application of different treatments and exercises designed to restore the balance of their dashes. This then restores your health.
For maximum effectiveness Ayurvedic personal study, identifying the balance of your unique Desha ideal. Ayurvedic Treatment full integration means the combination of massage, meditation, yoga, diet, natural cleaning, natural remedies and breathing exercises in your lifestyle. Purists will only accept a complete system of Ayurvedic treatment, but you can still benefit from Ayurvedic medicine, even if the value of modern science on the ancient wisdom.
Consider something Western medicine requires NETI, an acronym for Nasoendotrachial irrigation. Modern Western medicine recognizes valid NETI as symptomatic treatment for conditions such as upper respiratory tract infections, allergies and sinusitis. In short, NETI means preparing a solution of salt and water, breathing through the nose and spitting without swallowing. Singers used to obstruct NETI the nasal passages. They were cleared, restoring optimal tone of their voices.
This shows that if you believe that inhaling salt water through the nose restores the balance Desha still restore respiration.
Aired always tried to colds and other illnesses from breathing in this way, like Western medicine eventually learned a. However Aired can include different herbal teas and oils, breathing exercises, massage or heat treatment, depending on the specific symptoms and body type.
In cases where the prescribed treatment can not cure the disease permanently, an Ayurvedic doctor could argue that aside part of the limits of overall effectiveness. Most Western doctors say the same about a regime of antibiotics, fluids and bed rest. Leaving out, they argue, diminishes the results.
Ayurvedic treatments take a comprehensive and global approach in the treatment of patients. The physical, emotional and spiritual are taken into account when treating patients. To address these aspects of patient resources, Aired, such as herbs, massage oils and herbs, meditation and breathing exercises are prescribed. In Western medicine there are some doctors that include meditation practices that mimic Aired to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or autism.
Patients with ADHD or autism, however, need for medication before these methods can be added. Aired, in these cases is not likely to use meditation either alone. It would include ayurvedic remedies such as herbal therapy combined with some or all other means mentioned above
A qualified therapist in the treatment of these people, I might add relaxation techniques, especially those who are prone to stress. He or she will instruct the patient to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and instead focus on what they dislike, they focus on the toes or fingers. Imagine, you might suggest, a wave that flows through calm the distal extremities. Then extend this central image of calm, drawing more and more to the solar plexus. Over time, completely calm.
Some ancient cultures had discovered Ayurvedic remedies on their own. Classic Ayurvedic treatment for substance abuse, for example, includes steam baths. Native American therapy for treating alcoholism and drug addiction including sweat lodge rituals that proved very effective. Some doctors assigned to work within these communities do not even understand how and why sweat lodges achieve the results they do, but you can not argue with success.
Decide validity of modern science so you can not deny. Failing to prove something wrong requires experimentation, and Ayurvedic medicine does not bother with it. Ayurvedic therapy in modern times is based on more than 3,500 years worth of trial and error to know what works and what does not. Still, when they clearly do no harm, Western medicine is now increasingly open, increasingly willing to accept Ayurvedic remedies to increase the "scientific" treatment, even without understanding how these Ayurvedic remedies actually work.
