Ayurvedic Treatments Ayurveda is an ancient tradition that spans almost 5,000 years. In the Ayurvedic tradition you can find not only simple solutions to ailments but also some incredible effective treatments. Ayurveda provides treatments that help detoxify your body and to rid the body of all of the disease producing toxins which we create with our unhealthy lifestyle. Ayurvedic Treatments vary and there are literally hundreds of different treatments to help you to heal by cleaning and purifying your system. One of the most popular forms of treatments is the famous Pancha Karma treatments. Here you are given a variety of synchronistic massages and methods for the body to detoxify in a way that is natural and effective. Ayurveda prescribes different treatments for different people. In ayurveda you are always given particular recommendations according to who the person is. Ayurveda respects the individuality of each person and treats them according to this individuality. Even further, Ayurveda also looks to heal from the core of the human being: mind, body and spirit. If you look closely at other medical systems you will see that some of the lack these other fundamental aspects of healing. They typically are only healing the physical body and doing this only in a general way based on what symptoms the patient is presenting. However, should we also not admit that the human being is affected by the mind and by our mental patterns? With stress being such a common ailment and such an epidemic in our lives shouldn’t we begin by admitting that our medical system is incomplete? Should we not begin by saying that because our current medical system does not address every aspect of the human being it is necessary to look to other systems of healing which may actually help us since it is not being treated by our current system of health. Even further, shouldn’t we also admit that we are also affected by our emotions and we have no idea how to work with them, control them or treat them in order that they not be destructive and hurtful to our health and well being. Again, our current system is incomplete and we need to add a complementary medicine to it in order to have a complete picture and not only partial treatments that do not address our full needs. We are complex mechanisms living in an even more complex modern world. We all know that we are under this predicament but we have not had the courage to fight for what we need even though we know it is not right. Education is always the key and here we must look to get educated on these principles in order to have remedies for what we need to live healthier lives. The other important point is that in Ayurveda there are little to no side effects. So why not try it? What are you so opposed to? A medical system that is foreign to us only because we are born in a different continent? We need to take a good look at these medical systems and make the decision to change. We have proven to ourselves that we are unhealthy and that we need help. Let us have the courage to educate ourselves and others as to how to lead better and healthier lives. It all begins with you. 

Abstract Gallbladder stones, or gallstones, are hardened deposits that form due to an imbalance in bile composition.
