But nowadays, working professionals and school-going children also experience back pain because of working continuously for long hours and carrying heavy school bags and other supplies. Back pain symptoms such as numbness, stiffness, and increased weight are experienced by almost all pregnant women. Proper exercise under a certified trainer and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the right weight can help them lessen this problem. Smoking and too much stress also contribute to severe back pain in pregnant women. So, if you experience any of the above-mentioned back pain symptoms, do not ignore them.
