Having a bad day OR ever had one?

Ok…I know…rhetorical question…but I’m here to tell you that you ABSOLUTELY can turn any potential bad day into a GOOD DAY by making a few mental tweaks.

Think about “one of those days” where nothing seems to go your way. It usually starts off with one bad thing, and then gets worse…and worse…and worse. The tough pill to swallow is that YOU LET your day spiral out of control. You can’t put the blame on anyone else but yourself because it’s completely your fault you ALLOWED the “bad things” that happened AFFECT YOU. You’ve focused on the things you didn’t want to happen (the last bad thing that happened) and as a result, that negative energy inside of you brought on EVEN MORE negativity.

Guess what…I’ve got some INCREDIBLE NEWS FOR YOU!!
THERE IS A SOLUTION!!!!
In order to eliminate this downward spiral from EVER HAPPENING AGAIN, you MUST go out of your way to make a mental shift and start anticipating POSITIVE future results!! :-)

A GREAT way to avoid any of these issues is by starting your day off STRONG!! If you start your day off on a good note, and then continue thinking positively through the rest of the day, you will be virtually immune to having a bad day (or even a bad hour!!) EVER AGAIN!!

My suggestion to you…add a few things to your morning routine. Here are some ideas that I’ve been taught and have REALLY been working for me recently:

* When you wake up, think of all of the things you’re grateful for and that make you happy. Think about these things as you continue to carry the rest of your morning routine. If it helps, write out a list of the things you’re grateful and then read them out loud to yourself when upon waking.

* Create a few affirmations that you will tell yourself/say out loud and COMPLETELY BELIEVE IN every morning. These can be as simple as “I am so happy with my life right now” or “I am living my dream life” or “I am a money magnet.” The key here is saying things you want your future to look like, and when you say it to yourself, you need to imagine it and FEEL it inside you as if you’re ALREADY EXPERIENCING IT!!

* Play your favorite upbeat music to put you in a great mood.

* Watch an inspirational youtube clip.

* Eat a healthy, balanced breakfast.

* Wherever the first place is that you go in the day, make sure that you ACT AS IF you’re in a good mood, smiling and being friendly to everyone you come in contact with. What you’ll notice is happiness is quite infectious, and even if you were faking being completely happy to begin with, you’ll soon see it turn into actual happiness, when you make other people smiling and happy!!

AND if something does happen during the course of your day that upsets you, think about what the underlying issue is and how you can fix it. If the issue is so small that it isn’t worth fixing, then it also isn’t worth worrying about…move on, and “worry about” how AMAZING the rest of your day is going to be!! ;-)

I know you’ve heard it before, but it’s a great affirmation that I always tell myself if something or someone tries to bring me down…DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!! Not only will you start becoming a happier person, but you will begin attracting incredible opportunities for yourself.

There really is SO MUCH MORE TO LIFE than worrying, and if you’re constantly worrying, life will pass you by.

OPEN YOUR MIND to bigger and better things and bigger and better things WILL come your way!!

Now go out there and make EVERY SINGLE DAY COUNT!! :-)
And ALWAYS remember to…
be unique, be yourself, be amazing!! :-) - Jomo
