Bank PO Recruitment through CWE

Institute of Banking Personnel is an organization that, for many years has been a successful recruiter for various posts in the banking sector. It is considered the most famous and efficient recruiter in India, which has added many successful endeavors to its credit in the past years. However, a recent addition to its efforts has been the CWE exams that will be conducted in 2011 in India. It will recruit candidates for the post of bank po. Bank PO is a job which is as popular as the post of bank clerk. It has become the buzz word for today's youth and thus has increased in demand. With the commencement of CWE exams, IBPS aims to ive equal opportunity to a large strength of students to fulfill their dreams. We all know that banking sector has been growing rapidly in the last few years. It has shown commendable growth especially in the past few years. This prosperity has made it the most sought after career option of today's times. All the jobs offered by banks are high in demand due to the security they offer. However, the post of Bank PO and Bank Clerk are much higher in demand and highly coveted. rnThere are thousands of aspiring candidates and only limited seats available in the banks. IBPS aims to solve this problem by conducting CWE (common written exam) for bank po recruitment. This exam will be conducted in 2011 and would consist of the same syllabus, as of other bank po exams. It would include 19 public sector banks. Clearing the exam would mean direct entry into these banks when the vacancy arrives. Since the exam would be on a larger platform, a larger mass of candidates would be allowed to appear for the exam thereby giving a golden opportunity to a larger strength. In order to be the preferable choice when a vacancy arrives, you have to score much higher marks than other candidates. All the 19 public sector banks involved are highly renowned and would ensure a secure future for the selected candidate. The CWE to be conducted in 2011 would only recruit candidates for the post of bank po. The recruitment for bank clerk would follow the same procedure as always. However, the success of CWE would decide if the future bank clerk exams would also be held in the same way.
