Banks involved In CWE - 2011

Institute of Banking Personnel is a very well known recruiter in the banking sector. It recruits candidates through outsourcing. This year in 2011, it has introduced the common written exam (CWE). It is a common exam for recruitment into posts of bank po and clerical posts. Only 19 public sector banks can recruit individuals from this exam. The students who clear this exam will be given a mark sheet. During a vacancy in any of the bank involved, the student can present the mark sheet and reach the interview round.
IBPS has encountered several problems during the recruitment due to the large strength of candidates who apply for the exams. This also does not satisfy the candidates as most of them lose the opportunity due to limited number of seats. This is the chance for all those aspiring candidates who have the caliber and potential but are left behind due to lack of opportunity. Thus, all these renowned banks are involved in CWE. If you want to be a part of any of the above mentioned banks and secure a high position of a Bank PO or Clerk you can apply for the CWE in 2011. However, it should be kept in mind that the recruitment procedure is conducted for large scale recruitment but it will be very challenging. Due to extra competition you need to prepare harder and be ready for the interview as you can be called anytime and you might not have time to prepare then.
