The cornucopia that is your life is full. In fact, it has the potential to overflow with so much good fortune you would never again have to worry about having enough.
How do you get your cornucopia overflowing? Be grateful for what you have today.
Magic happens when you express your gratitude for what you have today. That's because what you focus on expands. If you focus on what you're lacking, you'll notice more of what you lack. In fact, you will create more lack. But, if you focus on your blessings, no matter how small they seem today, you will begin noticing more blessings. In fact, you will even create more blessings.
If you're in a tough place right now it may not seem possible to find something you can be grateful for but I ask you to try. Start with simple but obvious things to be grateful for such as your family, friends, kids, pets, etc.
Each day find at least five things you can be grateful for and write them down in a journal or notebook. Add to your list each day and at the end of one week look back over all your blessings. What do you notice? Did it get easier with time? Were some days harder than others? Were there days your whole life felt like one big blessing? Did you start feeling better about your life and your potential? As a person that is "blessed", how do you view your future?
Be grateful for this life you have. Acknowledge your blessings, even on days when it feels like none exist. Shift your attention away from your worries and put your attention on what is good about your life. There is something, perhaps many things.
Expressing your gratitude on a daily basis is a simple action that has the power to improve your life.
"Think about it. The more grateful people are for the gifts we give them, the more inclined we are to give them more gifts. Their gratitude and appreciation reinforces our giving. The same principle holds as true on a universal and spiritual level as it does on an interpersonal level." -- Jack Canfield & Janet Switzer, The Success Principles.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
