Beaches of Valencia

Valencia is well known for its beaches. It has a long coastal line. The beaches here are mostly sandy. They are amazing, white sand beaches. All the beaches in Valencia region have a lot of facilities like a room to change, sun beds for hire, restaurants and hotels. All this makes this place a great holiday spot. This is a very fertile region, with many fields where they grow fruits like oranges, lemons etc. There are a few golf courses here. It is easily accessible and one can reach it from the airport itself. This is because it is only eight kilometers away from the airport. It is only a ten to fifteen minutes drive. Malvarrosa and Las Arenas Beaches These beaches are twenty minutes away from the town. This is also a very popular beach and one can take a bus to reach this beach. You can also take a tram, which will take only ten minutes to reach the beach. When you walk along the Las Arenas beach you will reach the Malvarrosa. This is almost a thirty minutes walk, but then it is a nice and relaxing walk. In case you are not able to walk for half an hour, you can always hire a bike to reach the end. The beaches also have a good measure of bars, restaurants and hotels where you can stop for a drink and bite. There are tremendous amount of activities that one can do here, like sun bathing, swimming, fishing and indulging in some water sports.
