Heart diseases can attack your body due to obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, diabetes, etc. After a heart disease is detected in your body, you are advised to take care of you diet and life style. To keep yourself fit and fine, you need to do proper exercises. Regular exercising is very beneficial to the body; not only does it keep you away from diseases but also hale and hearty everyday. But proper exercising is very important, if you don't do it under the guidance of your doctor or instructor, it can have ill-effects also. 1.Consult your doctor: Before starting the exercising, consult your doctor first. Ask what can be the best suitable exercise for you. Consult the doctor about the type of exercises that are safe for you. 2.Check for time of exercising: You should be sure about for what time can you exercise. There is a possibility that more exercising can harm your health. Ask your doctor about it. 3.Rigorous Exercising: Be slow and steady in regards to exercising. Do not start up with hours of exercising from the very first day. Give it a slow start. 4.Be a self-observer: Keep a look on what effects the exercising is having on your body. Check for the pulse rate, heart beats, etc. If you are feeling exhausted after exercising, then it's time to stop and think whether I am exercising too much, whether the pattern of exercises is wrong, etc. Get answers to your these questions and then continue with your routine exercises. 5.Best Exercises for heart patients: Jogging, walking, jumping rope, water aerobics are the recommended exercises for heart patients. Stretching legs and arms before and after the exercises helps your muscles to get acquainted and also helps avoiding injury and muscle strain. 6.Be Friends: Exercise whole heartedly. Do not do as if it is a compulsion for you. Anything done forcefully will not have the same effect like something done with happy heart. Make some friends who will come with you everyday for exercising. This will increase your interest. 7.Regularity: Be regular in whatever you do. Try to exercise everyday at the same time of the day. Physical exercises are always good for the body if done under proper guidance. They can improve your heart failure symptoms and improve your circulation system. But if you are experiencing chest pain, dizziness, weakness, weight gain, pain in arm, jaw, shoulder, etc, then stop doing exercises. Thus, exercising is good considering all the safety measures.
