Being a parent isn't always easy, but...

Mother’s Day-
Addressing single parents, parents and the discussing the importance of Awareness when parenting and creating the acronym tool for their kids as they grow and navigate life:
YOU must first be clear on who you are. Here are some simply questions to get started on your clarity. Ask yourself questions like:
Who do I want to be?
Who do I aspire to be?
What personality trait(s) do I want?
What Values do I want?
What morals do I hold valuable?

When describing a personal value to a child when you do not understand it yourself can be very confusing and frustrating. You must create a “gauge” or a baseline to go by. SO when times get confusing or tough you have a base line on where you know you will not cross. Sure there will be occasions you will waiver left or right. However, when you (your children) are clear on your personal expectations of moral an values, you will be navigating through life so much easier.

Are you not sure, not clear? I would suggest sitting down and writing out, getting clear on your values, your beliefs, what is acceptable behavior and what you can let slide.
No shame and no guilt just simply what is.
As you evolve and navigate that will too evolve and change.

A wonderful clarity tool for this is using acronyms and the I AM :
Take your first and last name and define who you are by starting with the first letter of the first name.
I have found with some finding, searching out the Positive aspects of ours eves may not be the easiest. So if you are in a spot where you just can’t wrap you head around the positive I want you to take a peek at what it is you DO NOT like and then think of its opposing positive opposite:
If you do not like when you become reactive verses respectfully listening then you would say I am a respectful listener.
For example: For the sake of this article we will take the first name, you can also use FAMILY VALUES, PARENTING VALUES, etc.
Joyful when I come home from work and catch eye contact with my childrenr
Open minded to positive changer
Healthy choices and examples I share for my family and their futurer
Not always serious, can laugh too

Smiles at my children when they walk in the roomr
Mature constant respectful communicatio

Talking respectfully and calmly will teach my children that is how I wish to be spoken tor
