Benalmadena Tourist Guide - Costa Del Sol

This is a beautiful resort located along the Costa del Sol and popular among the tourist for many reasons - they can enjoy cable car rides, Tivoli World, Aquatic Aquarium and Marina and many other activities in this resort. This part of Spain was once famous for the iron reserves and this is the reason behind the name given to this resort. Benalmadena Costa is the central coastal area in the resort and there is a port at this area which is called Puerto Deportivo and this port has won a prestigious award for its extraordinary architecture. The Marina in the resort is also a very popular spot among visitors as there are a number of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants which attract visitors with their unlimited entertainment. A number of boat excursions are also available here and the facilities include speed boats, sailing trips and trips for fishing. Sea life Aquarium is another popular place in the resort as it contains a variety of species of sea life including jellyfish, sharks, ray fish and turtles. This park has number of amazing rides for visitors and during the summer season a number of shows are organized in this park. There is a small square which is located in the middle of the village and there is also a fine museum in the village which is worth visiting.
