When I was young, I was brought up knowing that water is very important for our bodies. Although by then I didn’t have the actual meaning of what this was all about, I knew one thing; there is need for me to drink water. But as time progresses and as I get to understand things more appropriately, I have now understood the benefits of drinking water and the reasons why my mum emphasized on the same.
Availability of water for drinkingr
There are many sources where you can get water for drinking depending on the specific area of residence. Some countries may not have been so blessed in terms of water and thus getting clean water is much of a concern. However, that doesn’t mean that you still can’t take water. If the water is not the rain water, you need to put the water in a can and then use water treatment or boil for this case to kill any germs which may be present. The taste of the water may not be the same, but it will serve similar purpose as the rain water.

Water is needed by every other body part. Whether you are talking of the blood, the brain, the stomach functionality and the like, water is still needed by each part. The benefits of drinking water are thus seen since incorporation of every part to need water means that there is a lot that what most of us see when we are drinking water.

• Nutrients and oxygen transportation: the water helps in the movement of nutrients as well as the oxygen to all body parts ensuring normal body functioning
• Air moisturizing in lungs: did you know that the air in the lungs needs to be moisturized? The water in the body helps in moisturizing the air before it reaches the lungs, and thus making it simpler for the lungs to regulate it before moving it to the other body parts.
- Assists in metabolism: water is the very primary player of the removal of waste products from the body, and helping in the normal digestion ad metabolism progression. Without water, materials inside the body will be in solid form and thus the metabolism process will not be easily carried out.

Although we may try to make it sound the same, the water we take will help us differently depending on various factors;
Amount of water intake: those who take 10 glasses for a start are more likely to get the benefits on how to improve the concentration and reduce the chances of cholesterol increase in the body as compared to those who gets 2 glasses of water. This means that the more water you take per day, the better.
Frequency of water intake: of course I know you may say that you take the 10 glasses of water per day, but how frequent do you divide the water intake. Body needs to be adjusted on how the water intake goes. You can’t just simply drink 7 glasses at once and then 3 glasses after 2 hours ad expect the same results as the person who has a well done water intake intervals where the water is being drunk after a certain interval. If you want to have lived a cholesterol free life, water consumption has more of the benefits.
