Green tea has been scientifically proven to have a great impact on weight loss. It is always associated to weight loss because it naturally burns fats with zero side effects to one’s health. Obesity is one major problem on most Americans. Doctors and experts continue to find methods on how to lose health naturally without compromising one’s health conditions. Many studies have already proven the wonder works of green tea to weight loss. It naturally burns the excess calories in the body and ultimately blocks the absorption of fats in the body. Green tea burns fats in the bloodstream As food enters the body it is being processed and the synthesized process is called “triglyceride”. Triglyceride is carried into the bloodstream to the other body tissues. This synthesized substance is very important because this is the source of energy that supports life. But if the amount of triglyceride is too much, it is then converted into fats that are stored in the body causing individuals to become overweight or obese. This is now when green tea comes to play. Green tea has polyphenols that accelerates the enzymes which are used to dissolve fats in the bloodstream. The fats in the stored in the blood stream will cause people to become overweight and obese. Aside from that, if too much of this fat is store in the bloodstream, the flow of nutrients needed for survival will not be equally distributed to all parts of the body. If green tea is taken at least 5 times a day, it will aid weight loss. Dieting may not last long however continuous drinking of green tea will aid to weight loss and at the same time keeping your body away from harmful and deadly diseases. It cleanses and detoxifies your body so that the excess fat that is stuck in the bloodstream is flushed out of the body. Green tea accelerates metabolism A healthy substance called catechin polyphenols (a powerful antioxidant) is found in green tea. Epigallocatechin Gallate (or EGCG for short), is also found in green tea. This is a substance that accelerates metabolism which will result to a faster weight loss. It is a fact that diets can lose weight however there are diets that will slow the body’s metabolism. Usually when an individual is on a diet, the body is starved. When the body is starved it will be on an energy saving mode. It will save some calories and will look for other energy in the form of protein found in the muscles. Thus losing the muscle tissues and keeping the body fats. So if you notice you are losing weight, you are actually losing muscles. It is easy to lose muscles tissues however cannot be replaced. The purpose of green tea is to increase metabolism because the faster your metabolism is the greater is the chance of losing weight. Dieting is fine however sometimes it could starve your body and starvation will only decrease the speed of your metabolism. If your metabolism slows, this could sabotage your weight loss. So if you wish to lose weight, go natural, go for green tea. In addition to that have a regular exercise for a healthier and safer weight loss.
