The power of the media to influence public understanding of mental illness in particular through newspapers has been well reported. Newspapers affect the conveyance of essential knowledge and concepts, especially social commentary. That is true for both print and electronic formats. A newspaper as a tool is open to all but is not used by all. Time is the most important resource for a medical professional and the long working hours consumed in the often demanding workplace may be the determining factor in the utilization of this resource. Media conglomerates have, therefore, significantly changed how we remain updated on the latest news in the last decade. All major Bangladesh Newspapers have launched their e-papers and online news sites. Digital news media is transcendent, using creative ways of utilizing video, audio and graphic elements. Newspapers have such a wider range, social influence & therefore, their position in presenting on mental illness is considered one of the best key conduits by which the community, particularly those of us without human exposure to mental illness, learn and come into contact with mental health issues. News articles detailing real-life interactions of dealing with difficult situations as well as an understanding of trauma have been shown to lower suicide rates among individual people with elevated risk factors in the general public. Today, psychiatry is blessed with a Dynamic book shop and now a lightning rod of research theories, psychiatry invents and reinvents itself constantly, and the only standard is the structure of change. Many such countries, including the United States, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, have established national mental health commissions in the last years. Each commission 's specific purpose differs but usually means a commitment to facilitate rehabilitation as well as reduce the stigma. Even trauma can influence how we respond to others. Although reading also involves empathy, including putting oneself in the shoes of the characters, when you have undergone trauma it can be very difficult to handle. We frequently feel forced to read those so-called classics, although if we don't like them. We read these sometimes to blend in, to impress people, or to seem smarter. The fact is that not everyone loves the classics, so it can be difficult when you get back to reading high-brow so complicated books — and that's because it really bores yourself. Most of us felt as if we were either lazy, dumb, or not enduring. I felt like a liar in my situation — somebody who seemed to enjoy reading comprehension skills but in fact, could not really read more than a couple of sentences per day. I found but never read newspapers, which sat on my desk, trying to intimidate me. In this phase, devices such as the newspaper may be an underused device and could help us develop an emotional depth to patient care, an empathy exercise, encouraging critical thought, a proactive philosophical imagination, and intercultural communication. At the same time, reading a newspaper might offer a distinct advantage to a mental health professional, namely a psychologist, a psychiatrist, and a psychiatric social worker.
