"I don't want to lift weights because I'm afraid I'll look like a man" I hear this more than any other misconception (excuse) from women that want to lose weight and look more toned and shapely. In 95% of women, the above statement is a misconception. For the other 5%, it's an excuse to not work out. The bodybuilding industry has done more damage with their distorted images of women in their muscle magazines to fuel this misconception. Nasty pictures of overly-muscular women that are larger than most athletic men are not natural! All of thse overly - muscular women have used some type of performance enhancing agent to get so unnaturally muscular. Women that lift weights, or use resistance training machines, naturally, will not end up looking like a man. It is physiologically impossible for natural training women to end up looking like a muscular man. If you train hard and heavy, you may end up looking like an athlete, but the average woman doesn't train that intensely. If you train with weights that are enough to challenge your body, you will just end up looking shapely, toned and very attractive! No matter what you do, if you don't use performance enhancing drugs, you will not end up looking like a man. Check out the ebooks that we have for women. Also, check out the testimonials and success stories from the women that have used them. Not one of these women ended up looking like a muscular man by training with weights!! All of them look great, have lost weight, and now feel great about their dramatic transformations! What are you waiting for? Get one of our training manuals and become another success story of your own!!
