Many people ask me what I think is the best aerobics exercise, and I almost always tell them, running!
In my opinion, running is the best aerobics exercise because of some really simple reasons. And I list them all for you below:

1 – It Doesn't Require Special Equipment

By special, I mean expensive, bulky exercise equipment that burns a hole in your wallet, takes up lots of space at home, and sometimes still isn’t as effective as running.

Ye, you read that right. I do think that some exercise equipment only target certain parts of your body, and they aren’t as good as the vendors claim they are.

And with running, you only need a pair of quality jogging shoes. It doesn’t get cheaper than that.

2 - You Can Do It Anytime, Any Place, Anywhere

Yes! Running is the best aerobics exercise because which other exercise lets you do it anytime, any place, anywhere? I only know running does.

3 - It Helps Build Strong Bones and Connective Tissue

Running is known as a high impact exercise, which means your bones do undergo impact stress when you’re running. And that is why you need quality shoes.

However, the high impact does have benefits for your body, such as building strong bones and connective tissue.
Your joints and bones do get stronger under impact (yes, you aren’t just stuck with calcium supplements), and running helps you to achieve that.

But of course, never implement this best aerobics exercise when you don’t have quality footwear, remember that.

4 - It Helps You To Burn Fat Really Fast

For those of you who’re looking to shed weight quickly, you might have heard that running is good.

Guess what? It is! No wonder I think it’s the best aerobics exercise.

Running gets your heart rate up more quickly than low or no impact exercise, helping you to burn serious calories, especially if you add hills, sprints or try interval training.

In fact, a 145-lb person can bu
300 calories by running at 5.2 mph for 30 minutes.

The same person would burn about half of that with a brisk walk.

Running however, does have a downside. It takes time to build the strength and stamina to run continuously and, because it's high impact, it may not work for every person.

But if you’re determined to make running a part of your everyday routine, I can tell you that it’s definitely the best aerobics exercise that you can find and do everyday.
