Even though men often struggle with flabby guts, women are many times met with the challenge of losing belly fat after pregnancy. And, here are a few of what is believed to be the best stomach exercises for women.rnWhat is known as the bicycle is one exercise that can readily help work out that belly. You'll find that upon doing this exercise, the area it focuses most is the abs. The process for this is having the hands behind your head, lie yourself back with knees bent and feet away from the floor.rnThen, begin to twist your right arm to your left knee, having extended the right leg outwards. Move from twisting to one arm and knee to the other then stretch out the other leg. Rather than moving the elbow, twist the waist and at the same time try to keep the back straight on the ground. This is to maintain the tension on the abs.rnAnother one of the best stomach exercises for women is the twisting crunch. This involves having your back remain flat on the floor and the feet flat with the knees bent. Rest your hands behind your head and get going by having the right shoulder come in the direction of your left knee. Then, switch sides and do the same with your opposite knee and shoulder. Without fully lying back on the floor, be sure to inhale when lying back and exhale upon returning up. As with any other stomach exercise, there should be constant tension experienced around the abs with doing this. A standing crunch exercise might be the best stomach exercise for women for any pregnant woman to do to help exercise those abs.rnWhile standing straight, start to bend forward slightly and tighten those abs while you exhale. Hold steady for a number of seconds and gradually move yourself right back up and take a deep breath in. One more thing that can be done is resting your hands behind your head for support as you lean forward. The V-knee is one of the best stomach exercises for women, although is considered to be a little more of an advanced exercise to engage in. This starts off perched on the floor with arms bent placed behind you, legs straight out, and palms flat on the floor.rnHave your knees come up to your chest. While leaning back marginally, and at the same time have your chest come forward. Move your legs backwards to the starting position while not allowing them to touch the ground. And, continue doing so. These exercises can really prove to be fantastic for burning belly fat once given a go.
