There are poses that will help in help in getting rid of the exhaustion. Here are some poses that can help in getting good sleep.

Thread the needle pose:

It is an excellent pose to try before sleeping. The pose helps in compressing the muscles of the upper chest. It is an effective way of opening up the outer and upper muscles of the shoulder. The pose is effective in detoxifying the body which has a calming effect. It just requires a slight twist and it helps in getting rid of the exhaustion and toxins. It freshens up the body as it helps in sending fresh blood to the extremities of the upper body.

Child’s pose:

It is also an excellent pose to try before sleeping. It is effective in releasing the tension that you have accumulated in the back, chest, and shoulders during the day. It is also good for alleviating anxiety and stress. The pose also allows for flexing the internal organs of the body and keeping them supple. It is excellent for calming the body and mind. Supta Virasana:

It is an effective pose for helping the digestive system. The digestion is improved and it functions perfectly. The pose allows ligaments, tendons and several other smaller muscles. The small muscles of the knee are also stretched. It is an excellent way of relieving the stress of the legs. It is an excellent pose for women as it helps in reducing the symptoms of menstrual pain. Savasana:

The pose is good for calming the brain. If you do it every night before going to sleep then you will be able to relieve the stress and reducing the depression. It is perfect for keeping the body relaxed. It will help in the prevention of headaches, insomnia, and fatigue. It is also good for lowering the blood pressure.

Jathara Parivartanasana:

It is a simple and easy yoga pose that will help in living a healthy life. It helps in improving digestion and also good for opening tight shoulders. It is good for keeping a peaceful and quiet mind which helps in having a relaxing sleep. You can also release the lower back with this pose.

Viparita Karani:

It is not a pose for the beginners but it is a little difficult. It is good for stretching back of neck and legs along with the torso. It helps in relieving backache that is mild. It helps in getting rid of cramp in feet and legs. It is good for the mind as well.
