It seems that nowadays business owners will do anything to get ahead of the competition, including writing untrue and unjustified reviews and posting them on the internet! Some feel that by tarnishing the reputation of their closest competition they will be able to steal some of their clients and jump ahead in the popularity stakes. This is not only unfair but is also libelous and could leave the business in serious trouble. Defamatory and potentially scandalous comments could have a massive impact on the success of a business and could even see them going under if clients are to believe all that they read! Rodolfo Valentin is the latest salon owner to have been targeted by untrue rumors and reviews on the internet. It seems that his competitors (one in particular) are fed up of the incredible success that Rodolfo has had with his salon in the New York area and are now turning to drastic measures to try and destroy his reputation. Luckily for Rodolfo, his reputation is already well-established and people all over the world are aware of the great service he offers to his loyal clientele. Rodolfo has worked extremely hard to build up the reputation he has today and has dedicated his life to the hair and beauty trade. He has now set up a second salon in the New York area at it appears that his competitors are not happy. Instead of focusing on their own businesses and looking to improve their customer service, they seem to be preoccupied with what Rodolfo is doing. Rodolfo feels that this is not the way to do business and would advise other salons to focus on their own business. Rodolfo’s success within the hair and beauty industry is clear from the amount of important publications he’s been featured in. For example, his career has been well-documented in some of the most influential publications in the USA and Europe, including the New York Times, New York Magazine, W Magazine and Vogue. Rodolfo would warn consumers not to believe everything that they read on the internet and remember that anyone can write whatever they want about anyone and publish it on the internet. Just because one salon claims to be “the best in the world” does not necessarily make it so! Also, remember that just because a salon ranks highly in a search engine does not make it better than all the other lower down, simply that the owner has paid someone to do a clever bit of search engine optimization and some effective online marketing. Instead of believing all that you read on the internet, why not take the word of Rodolfo’s happy and satisfied customers who keep coming back to his salon time and time again. Trust in Rodolfo’s international reputation instead of the vicious rumors that some have been posting on the internet and you are sure to love the results created by him! Luckily enough for Rodolfo is seems that all the attempts to tarnish his reputation have not been successful and he still has a vast customer service base. He is not worried about the impact on his business as he is confident that his reputation will withstand any sabotage, instead he is worried that consumers will be seduced into visiting downgrade salons that offer rip-off, cheaper versions of his services that could potentially damage the client’s health. Most of the salons in the area offering cut-price, low quality versions of his services do not have the expertise or the facilities to create the sorts of results that Rodolfo can. Rodolfo always has the health and happiness of his client at the forefront of his mind but he fears that these competitors do not.
