Flat belly is beauty and beauty starts from the belly. That’s why whenever you think of the ideal body, you immediately think of a flat belly. While most people think that having a fat belly is unattractive and that the sole reason for getting rid of it is to look better, there are plenty of other reasons to lose belly fat other than simply looking good. Below are the fat fighting foods that burn stubborn belly fat fast. • Whole eggs: Did you know that the egg yolk is the healthiest part of the egg? It has bunch of vitamins and all the essential fatty acids. It is also a great source of protein. I personally like to have couple of them for breakfast almost every morning. You can always add one to your salad which is delicious! • Berries: Berries contain a giant portion of phytochemicals, in addition to vitamins, minerals and fiber. Also remember that they are a great source of antioxidants. I like my berries in shakes and with nuts. Most berries are naturally sweet. So if you have a sweet tooth, go ahead and have berries for dessert too. • Nuts: Nuts are great for controlling your appetite and cravings. They contain healthy fats and antioxidants. They are a great snack when you're on the go. I like to mix some walnuts, almonds, etc. and take it with me when running errands or going for a hike. Just remember to stick to raw nuts and stay away from salted nuts. • Avocado: Avocado is a delicious healthy fat you can have. You can have avocados with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Guacamole with sliced green, red, and yellow peppers is a great snack. • Grass feed beef: Did you know that grass-fed beef is much lower in fat than grain-fed beef? It's also a natural source of omega 3 fats high in CLA. Studies have shown that grass-fed beef can have as much as four times more vitamin E than grain-fed beef. So go ahead and enjoy your steak!
