Bluetooth Spy Software: Because Dishonesty Is the Worst Policy
Although I would like for all my employees to be punctual and hard-working, I know that from time to time, I will have to accept that they may come late sometimes or not perform as well. After all, they're only human and I understand that, as long as it's only from time to time and not a habit.
What I don't tolerate at all, is employees who are dishonest. I utterly loathe people who lie to my face or steal from me. And I mean any person, not just one of my employees. And of course, if I find out that an employee of mine is dishonest (which can take many forms in a company) I immediately get rid of him. Not only I want that person out of my company, but I also want to send a clear message to the rest of my employees that that kind of behavior is not tolerated.
But how do you spot a dishonest employee? It can be hard, since dishonest people lie and hide their actions. After all, if a person lies, he won't tell you the truth and tell you "I've been lying to you."
That's why I install Bluetooth spy software on the mobile phones that I give my employees. In case you haven't heard of it, Bluetooth spy software is a program that discreetly links a mobile phone to a website. This allows the website to register and store information about the phone so that you can read it later.
The type of information that Bluetooth spy software gives you is incredible. First of all, it allows you to control costs. The software lets you see any calls that are made from the phone, the times and duration of the calls, and the numbers contacted. That way, you can see any unauthorized calls and ask your employee to justify them.
Bluetooth spy software also lets you read any text message that your employees send or receive. This is a great way of detecting theft and fraud. Oh, and be sure that your employees will text about it. Apparently, dishonest employees think that stealing from the boss is something to be proud of.
If you suspect that one or more of your employees isn't being totally honest with you, then I suggest you get Bluetooth spy software and find out the truth. There are many sites that sell the software and quite frankly, its price is very reasonable for what it does.
