It increases testosterone, which is linked to greater energy for men and women, as well as heightened libido and sexual performance. Circulation also improves, which provides more nutrients and oxygen to all cells.rnWBV also causes serotonin levels in the brain to increase rapidly. This is the same neurotransmitter that antidepressant drugs such as Prozac target.
