Fitness is not just a physical well-being, but also a mental projection. A happy mind is always fit, though a fit body has not always a happy mind. There are three states of being fit and those are on the levels on mental, physical, and spiritual. What is exactly fitness? Covering these three levels, fitness can be happiness that comes within the soul. In this context, a person can’t be fit if he is deprived of happiness. Happiness comes from confidence and confidence from feeling good. Is there any way of feeling good? Yes! Many. On the planks of mental, physical, and spiritual levels there are many ways adopting which a person can feel good. But what if one is non-believer? For all those non-believers, there is a suggestion based on confidence. A believer is not very much different from the non-believer, except that the believer has a tool from which he can leads to hope that can reinstate confidence in him whereas non-believer, living completely in reality, require self-motivation to gain confidence. However, it becomes easier to share your burden with that omnipotence, which you can easily do by practicing meditation. This also helps in keeping mental fitness intact. Meditation brings you closer not only to God but also to yourself, due to which it can be practiced by one and all. All that is related to physical fitness, you can rely on food and exercise. Quality and quantity of the food of are very important in this context. Right food is a key to fitness which is added up with exercise. In case, you want to gain that extra overdose of muscles, keep yourself on high-protein diet and regular exercise. But, consistent exercise can be precarious. Food supplements can also help you but getting obsessed with them is not right. There are other species as well, known as workaholics. These workaholics forget the whole idea of being fit while keeping themselves versed with mundane affairs. To them, there is a humble request to at least maintain their blood circulation in order. Foot circling, leg raising, and foot bending are simple exercises which can be done while sitting on an office chair. The fitness-conscious can follow regular regimen of balanced exercising which includes brisk walking, jogging, push-ups, crunches, squats aerobics, and more. Steps of Suryanamskar also increase the metabolic rate to a large extent. While doing each of the above-mentioned exercises, one should always keep taking small brakes for a minute at least. To shed those extra kilos, you can divide your diet in six small meals while being on regular exercise.
