It increases the oxygen level of our body that keeps us alive at the same time making us healthier and slimmer for the rest of our lives. Yes slimmer; it’s an exercise that does not only keep us active and alive but also could aid in weight loss. This is definitely easy because we do this all the time, strict programs to follow, no extra time overspent in the gym and no hassles. Just only 15 minutes of pure breathing exercise will do the fat burning for you. You can still do your daily activities without any interruptions. Proper breathing exercise aids metabolism, it eliminates fats, increase energy and decrease body weakness or dysfunction that could affect our daily routine. Here’s how to properly execute breathing exercise: Warm up by standing or taking a few steps of walk. In breathing you can either stand up , sit down or lay flat on the floor or bed . As you inhale, feel the muscles of your abdomen stretch as you take in large amount of air into your lungs. Hold your breath for a moment or ten seconds the most then exhale through your mouth. You can perform this for 15 minute everyday and once we get use with the process, do the same step in different position, this can be done anytime or whatever the activity is. One thing you have to keep in mind is, be comfortable in doing this. The oxygen that you breathe in helps in breaking down body fats, the element from the broken down body fats are hydrogen and carbon dioxide. These will be easier to eliminate once broken down. Hydrogen is excreted through sweat or urine while carbon dioxide is exhaled through mouth or nose. Thus, body fats are decreased. This exercise is worth a try, no penny to waste, no hassles, no strict plans just plain breathing. Oxygen is a calorie and fat free. It is natural so there are no harmful side effects. Oxygen is essential in our body therefore we need a lot of it. This is how simple breathing exercise for weight loss is. You may not be aware of it but proper breathing exercise is very helpful and easy because that’s what we usually and normally do. Don’t hesitate trying this unique weight loss method. Do a couple of breathing exercise with discipline and a healthy diet, you will surely have a healthy and slimmer body.
