The muscles of the body are also affected by the diet of a person and hence it is essential to eat healthy food so that the muscles get adequate nutrition and replenishment from these muscles. Also the muscles should be provided with adequate rest so that they are ready to grow more with every workout. Without rest there is a high risk of muscles getting injured. Even women can shape up their arms, legs and other body parts for toned up muscles and a healthy body.
