Being that everything has a start, and no one is perfect, we mustrnrealize that everything is not going to be easy. There is no easyrnroute to success. All the ducks are not going to line up, and norrnwill the stars.
Even more, everyone is not going to like you or support you. These
things just come with the territory. You can not hold that against
yourself.
You never want to look down on yourself, especially if the situation
is out of your control. When you find yourself making mistakes and
coming up short, there is one thing you need to realize- you mustrnbuild on your strengths.
As you build on your strengths you can work on your weaknesses,
however, they are not your focus. If you lack the finances, build on
your creativity and innovation skills. Every person has a special
gift, skill, or talent.
That is where you should build from. You will never be 100% perfect
as a person, or as a company. Even the best companies have issues tornarise in their businesses.
Be realistic with you expectations. Know that there will be
challenges, and also know that there is a great chance that you may
be the cause of many of them. Learn to dust yourself off, and make
up for the errors with your strengths.
When you lack organization, use your great ability to influence, andrninspire others with those skills. Rather it is your ability to trainrnothers, dictate roles, or plan strategies; it is in your bestrninterest to lead with that.
Refuse to get caught up in what you do not have at the moment. Do
not let that stop you from reaching your goals.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
