If a person is trying to build muscles, it is normal for him/her to accumulate fats as well because they would tend to consume more calories for their muscle build-up. The solution here is to boost-up your metabolism so you would be able to burn all the fat that you accumulate while gaining muscles. Focus more on increasing your metabolism so you would end up gaining muscle without gaining fat. Gather Enough Strength Keep in mind that you’ve got to have enough strength in order to easily gain muscles. And if you’ve got enough strength to build muscles, you will be able to burn more calories as well, which could lower those fats in your body. The best way to do this is by including some strength training exercises in your workouts, which should include squats exercises, like the Strong Lifts. Eat Enough Calories Fats are like emergency storage for the body, so if you do not eat well enough, your body will depend on these fats. So make sure that you eat enough calories because this is what your body needs in order to build up the muscles during your recovery period. And of course, you need calories to increase more weight as well. Eat Right Since you need to gain weight when building muscles, you will end up gaining fats too as a result of your weight gain. But this can be avoided, if you eat in the right way. Apply the 90-10 or 80-20 rule, which is consuming nutritious foods for six days in a week and allocate one day for eating junk foods. Perform Cardio Performing cardio exercises is also essential for your workoputs, because it also helps you in muscle without gaining fat. However, for skinny guys and girls, avoid overdoing your doing cardio exercises because this will prevent you from gaining weight which is important for muscle building. Performing 30 min of moderate cardio exercises is enough to burn all those fats, while you still gain some weights. Set your Goals Make it your ultimate goal to lose all those fats in your body. But make sure to be very realistic, and do not aim to lose as high as 20 percent of body fats, because this is just a lot of fat to lose. Instead, make it your goal to burn about ten percent of your body fats in a year, and do not worry too much if you have gained some fats when you build your muscles, just as long as it is not more than twenty percent. If you just adhere to all these tips in gaining muscle without gaining fat, then you’ll certainly achieve those muscles. Therefore, gather enough strength so you will be able to build muscle mass and burn all those calories. And remember to eat well and do not forget to set your goals, and achieve it -one step at a time.
