In this article, I wish to share with you some compelling tips that you can use when doing article marketing. Follow these tips and I can guarantee you that your prospects will pay attention to your articles fast and eventually, to your website and products.

1. First, I would suggest extensive research. Your goal here is to identify the most searched topics in your chosen niche. You would want to know what type of information your potential clients are looking for so you can easily give it to them. Instead of asking them one by one, which will obviously take a lot of time, I would recommend that you conduct polls on your website or blog. It’s also a good idea to conduct keyword research. The most popular keywords in your niche will tell you the exact topics your target audience find very interesting. As much as possible, talk about those topics that are relatively new or those that are controversial so you can easily hook your readers.

2. Use catchy, interesting titles. As an article marketer, I am pretty sure you know that there are other articles about your chosen topics available in the online arena. The question is, how can you make sure that your prospective buyers will choose your’s? Well, using attractive titles will work. I suggest that you make use of ideas that will target the emotional hot buttons of your target audience. You would want these people to feel certain emotion the moment they see your titles. You would want them to feel excited, enraged, worried, or curious. If you know how to make this happen, you’ll be guaranteed with impressive open rate.

3. Start strong. You don’t want your readers to lose interest the moment they finish reading your first couple of sentences. Remember, you need to get them to read your articles until the end or until they research your resource box. It will help if you make your first paragraph as compelling as your title. Give your readers something to look forward to and make use of statements or questions that will pique their curiosity.

4. Get your audience to read your articles in their entirety. As I said a while ago, you need to get your readers to read your articles until the end. You can make this happen if you make every part of your articles worth their time. Each of your paragraphs must be highly informative, very useful, enlightening, and very entertaining. Don’t forget to offer a slice of your expertise and make sure that your readers will walk away empowered to do things on their own or with increased knowledge on your chosen topics. If you do this all the time, these people will surely trust you. This is what you need to get them to click through your resource box and eventually, convince them to sign up to your newsletters.
