Trying to rid yourself of undesirable body fat?nnWant to lose that spare tire, those cottage cheese legs or the big hips? Perhaps it's that you have more than one problem body fat area...?nnHave you become overwhelmed with information? No doubt, you have found in the online world anyone can claim to be an "expert" and each has their own idea of what works and what doesn't. nnSome say to limit your fat intake, while others claim burning fat is a matter of cutting carbs, and still there are many that believe that exercise is the only way to lose body fat... nnSo who's right?nnThe truth is that all of these methods can contribute to burning fat (some more than others), but the vast majority of the information you have heard is not the "main thing" when it comes to burning fat. The most important thing, next to the right diet, is your eating habits.nnHow many times have you eaten today? How much did you eat each time you ate? Did you skip breakfast? What times did you eat today? nnThese are all questions concerning your eating habits and regardless of what you have heard, it is your eating habits that turn your body into a fat burning machine. If you do not design your day around these questions you will not lose body fat at the fastest possible rate. You may not lose it at all...nnSo are you ready for the answers?nn
    n
  • First and foremost eating 5 to 6 small meals a day is absolutely key to speeding up your metabolism and therefore, burning fat. You will notice that I said small meals... nn
  • This brings us to the second point... Do not over-eat! Do not under any circumstances eat to the point you are stuffed! Most everyone has fallen into the 3 square meals a day trap. This creates the perfect environment for over-eating. Your body was meant to graze throughout the day.
  • nn
  • Do not skip breakfast! Breakfast is the meal right after you have slept and therefore it comes after the longest stretch of not eating throughout the day. If you skip breakfast, your body goes into conservation mode... Your metabolism slows down and your body begins to ration food.nn
  • So what times should you eat throughout the day? Set each small meal about 3 hours apart so that your last meal comes at least 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.
nnYou can burn body fat very quickly simply by adjusting your eating habits. How quickly? Many have seen results within a week.
