I started using the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program in July 2009. I not only wanted to lose weight but also have a tone body. I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off. By building my muscle mass while losing fat I my metabolism has been much higher and the weight is staying off. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in less than 5 months. My only regret is not finding this program earlier.

Body building champio
Tom Venutos e-book while help you be the size you want and have a dramatic increase in energy. Just because the person who designed the program is a body builder you do not have to be a body builder to use the program. This is not just for people who want to be muscular and ripped.

I had a personal trainer in 2005-2006 and I was not able to get the fast and permanent results I got with Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. Tom spends a lot of time discussing nutrition and how your body works. This program allows you to eat what you enjoy eating. Tom tells you how to customize your plan for your needs and goals.

This program includes books that tell you which foods burn fat and which foods turn to fat. I found these books invaluable. There were a lot of foods I thought were really not that bad for me that turned out to be foods that turned into fat. Likewise, there were a lot of foods I thought were not good for me that actually burn fat. I was amazed at the things I was doing wrong in my diets.

I eat a variety of foods and I eat often so I do not get bored or hungry with this program. I also like the fact that I don’t have to take any pills or put any supplements into my body. I really don’t know what is in diet pills and when I have taken them in the past I gained the weight back as soon as I stopped taking the pills.

This system has been proven to work time and time again. I think part of the reason this program has been so successful is because it is one of the easiest and permanent weight loss programs I have ever tried. My husband also tried Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. He had great success and has had more energy tha
I ever remember him having. This program is great for both men and women who are trying to decrease their fat, gain muscle and increase their overall health. For more information on Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle click the link below:
