Today most of the business transactions take place over phone and it won’t be an exaggeration to say that revolution in telecommunication has provided speed to the businesses. For example, you can take orders over phone and also register clients’ complaints on phone calls. The only drawback of transacting business over phone has been removed by VoIP recorder system. It is not possible for one to decipher mumbling or rushed phone calls and asking the caller to repeat again and again can irritate the caller. Now you can record every call for future use. This call recording facility is beneficial for every business whether it is a share broker’s office or an AC mechanic’s shop.

The VoIP recorder software is easy to install and it can record billions of phone calls up to any time period. For instance take a hospital. Someone calls the emergency department of a hospital and asks for help for a critically ill patient. The caller gives the address and his mobile no. The hospital rushes an ambulance to the address only to find that the address was wrong. On checking, it is found that the caller was in a hurry and he forgot to give full address. The phone attendant couldn’t recall what the caller said and she provided wrong address to the ambulance crew.

Now take a hospital that is using VoIP recorder and keeping the record of each and every call it receives. Someone calls the emergency department of the hospital and his call gets recorded. After attending the call, the phone attendant again listens to the call to know what the person what talking about. The attendant calls the person to get a clear picture of the situation and proper address. Also the hospital assures the person of help. Soon the ambulance is rushed to bring the patient. This is how call recording can help businesses.

Recording calls is not an option of the companies as it is mandatory for companies to receive each and every call they receive. Federal law in US and Canada makes is mandatory for businesses to keep record of each phone call they receive. US federal government took this step in the wake of terrorist attacks in with world. It is suspected that terror groups are taking advantage of mobile technology and the only way to stop these activities is to record every phone call. If you are not using a VoIP recorder then you are not only losing your business but also breaking the law of the land.
