In the toughest of the times like this, where economic downturn brought a lot of agony, for businesses, continuity to offer great level services to their customers has helped in survival. The gestures say it all and the businesses that have acknowledged that they value their customers are the ones that have been able to retain their loyal clients, which in turn benefited them and posed as loss to those who may be repenting now. There is a huge variety in corporate greeting cards that we come across. Various sizes and shapes are designed in such a way so that they look appealing to the recipients. Customer service relations department and sales executives make use of them post making their sales which is more of a thanking gesture shown towards buyers and also to create a link of staying in touch with them. You can probably create a rapport amongst your customers and in return they would gift their loyalty towards your brand which is one effective way to ensure a good business volume rush-in. Here is a list of five greeting cards that could be used by businesses that would enrich the sales experience:

a) Thank You- These cards could be brought into usage in many ways. It is but obvious that the ones who have made purchases from your firm need to be thanked but at the same time even those who may have contacted you but not made purchases could as well be thanked. If this card is sent to business associates then it would help them realize that you value their association the most.

b) Referral cards- These could be tagged with the Thank you cards.

c) Anniversary cards- This could be more of a reminder to people so that whenever they are out in the market to make purchases, they can remember about your brand and buy products manufactured by your firm.

d) Birthday- Cards could be sent particularly to some special customers who have made bulk purchases from your firm to show them your care and appreciation.

e) Welcome cards- A new customer if receives a warm welcome then it would create a positive first impression of your company.
