Ever been even the tiniest bit jealous of other businesses? You know the ones I'm talking about-they have great sales, are building tremendous lists, always seem to be signing up tons of new clients, and are just going gangbusters. You're happy for them, but deep down there's a little part of you feeling like why them and not me. What are they doing so right? Well instead of getting jealous, get inspired and start doing more of the right things to get you to where they are. Let's talk about how you can accomplish this.

Here are a few things to help you achieve major success in your business:

Give your best and then some - Wildly successful businesses are more than likely doing one thing very well-treating their current clients like gold. This results not only in more testimonials and referrals, but in additional work and more people raving about you. Make sure each of your clients feels special. And keep in mind... it's the little things you do for them that can make a huge difference in the quality of your relationship. It's not only about providing extraordinary services, but also pitching in when a crisis hits or spreading the news of their events through your own networks. Because you help them in their businesses, they will be more likely to want to give back and help you as well.

Don't be afraid to ask for testimonials. And when you get them, do more than just add them to your site; mention them on Facebook and Twitter. Let others see how people value your work.

Think big! - Maybe one of the reasons those other businesses are succeeding is because they are planning on a bigger scale and then implementing those plans regularly in their business. They charge what they are worth. They don't give away the farm for free. And they value their own time. Also, they aren't afraid to spend more to make more. They realize to make money they need to be willing to invest in their business.

Now, look back at your own business over the past few months. Have you been doing any of the things we've mentioned so far? If not, it's time to reboot and re-invest in your business. Ask yourself what you can do now that will make your business more of a success; then get started doing just that.

Take chances - Have you always dreamed of hosting a teleseminar or speaking in front of your local Chamber of Commerce, but were afraid to do it? Well, there's no better time than the present. Remember, if you have your business set up properly, you won't be doing it alone; you'll have a whole team behind you helping you to succeed. Not only does it feel great to step out of your comfort zone, but the more you challenge yourself, the higher you'll want to set the bar so you can continue to grow your confidence level and expand your horizons.

It is one thing to dream big, but the real success comes when you put into place the procedures and techniques that enable you to do it. Remember, to get more you have to do more. So get out there and do more of the right things to get you what you want for your business.
