Buying Ink Cartridges for a Canon Printer

As humans become smarter and smarter so he has become cleverer at devising very fine machines capable of feats that were unheard of, even 10 years ago. This is especially true of the entire Information Technology field.

This revolution continues to gather pace. For example in the mid nineties digital cameras started to make their appearance but with narrow band and the expense they never really were going to take off. But the technology was there and making small lenses would become cheap if enough were made, so digital cameras of a very simple nature were fitted to mobile phones. Effectively everyone who has a mobile phone now has a digital camera and with some of these smart phones the camera is fairly sophisticated.

It is the same with printers. All the big names in printers are continually competing with each other to produce a printer that can do everything including washing the dishes and making the tea. One thing remains though and that is the fact that all printers need a printing medium. If they are inkjet printers they will need ink cartridges which are very precise in their function. Black obviously does Black but all other colours of the spectrum are made up of a very precise mix of Cyan, Yellow and Magenta.

Canon inkjet printers are particularly precise. Each Canon ink cartridge is specifically made to produce a blot free and very fine stream of the correct amount of ink as it is required. The jets are the correct diameter and as the printer head moves over the paper an exact steam of the black or a mix of the three primary colours will produce exactly the tone that is called for.

Even a few years ago the inkjet printers used to leave a faint trace of each pass so that as fine as the picture was it still had a stripy feel. This is no more. Modern Canon printer ink is so well blended and filled that even if a coloured page is done on draft quality the stripes are not noticeable.

Canon are renowned for their camera lenses and the single lens reflex digital cameras they sell are rated amongst the top few on sale. And so it is with their printers. The attention to detail and the quality that comes with the name ensures that the printers they sell are of the highest quality.

For the designed quality of printing these printers demand that only Canon printer ink is used in Canon ink cartridges. These cartridges are manufactures and sealed to be used once only. Refills and generic cartridges are never going to be satisfactory. For a start they will never be filled to the correct level and the jets will have a certain residue of dried ink in them and so can never supply the exact quantities called for.

To get the best out of the fine Canon printer only use genuine Canon ink cartridges.
