The Cabbage and Chicken Soup Diet is a great diet for anyone trying to watch how many calories they are consuming because it has a limited number of calories. Also, the calories that you are consuming from this diet mostly come from vegetables and fruits and these are good calories. These calories are easier to burn and use than calories from preservatives and high fat or high sugar foods.
