When you think of call centres the first place you would imagine is the Philippines. The beautiful tropical islands in the South China Sea are booming in the business world. Rollback 20 years ago and call centres in the Philippines didn’t exist, it was American businessmen who came up with the idea of outsourcing call centres to the country and over the following 20 years, the industry has grown from strength to strength. In 2019 there were almost 1000 call centres operating from the Philippines, creating a multi-billion dollar industry. They are now used by a huge number of western businesses and many high profile names. In just 20 years the call centre industry has grown from nothing to become one of the largest outsourcing capitals of the world. More and more financial companies are looking to outsource to call centres in the Philippines. There are now literally hundreds of call centres in the country and all are willing to take on your business telecoms. With the competition now high, you can get some very competitive prices if you shop around and you know the standards will be very high. If you have a business and need to outsource your telecoms then you really need to look no further. A call centre service in the Philippines will give you the quality of work of a very high standard and the infrastructure is all in place to provide a first-class call service.
