This is compared with traditional fixed-line services, where you have to have features added to the phone company and have a service tech and ask you to change your settings or make other changes, adding these features. Although you are generally starting to set up a professional session, when you first install an IP phone business, you can add, modify or extend the best opportunities for themselves through a web interface without additional technical assistance.
You do not have to give up their analog phone.
While some people think that if you sign up for business VoIP service, you have to give up their analog phone system, it is not true. With an IP phone business, you can use your analog phones (traditional landline phone) when you sign up for the VoIP service. Your telephone system is simply connected via a router, you can use your Internet phone service.
You can divert calls to your cell phone so that you can receive calls while you're out and about.
You can often traditional landline call forwarding, as well, but it will cost you a pretty penny. Most of the business service providers offer call forwarding at no extra cost to you. This gives you the opportunity to be in the office, if necessary, any place and receive calls as if you were chained to their landline phone.
In short, you can have everything in its traditional analog service offerings, but more cheaply and with what is usually a much better sound quality as well. Best of all, flexibility to expand our services as your business grows, without having to go through complicated setup headaches. This system gives you the features and flexibility, cost fraction of traditional systems.
