It is made of with some simple instruments nicely arranged in a system. This includes a microphone, a recording machine and a recording device in which all the calls are getting recorded (memory device). The memory device sometimes can be separated from the main recording machine.
In the call centers the call recording system is a must now. The reason is that, call centers determines and fixes the customer base a lot. In time of receiving the calls or dialing to the customers, politeness to the customer of the associate is a must. If in time of call talking an associate becomes irate to the customer and behave rudely, the customer might leave the company, that impacts on the business process of the company. If the Quality Analyst of the company listens to the call and gives him a proper feedback, the associate can be rectified and he might be the perfect guy for the company to retain the customers properly. So, it is an important and necessary item to set a call recording system connected to all the fix lines of the company.
The call recording system is very necessary to the CIDs and detectives. If they can get the recorded calls of the offenders, they will be able to track the offender(s) very easily such as the match fixers of cricket and similar other games.
The previous call recording system was not improved and its sound was low and harsh, afterwards the sound of the system is getting improved and now we get the crystal clear sound forms the system. All the fixed lines will be connected to the single system to record calls of individual lines.
