Finding how to lose weight fast is like finding a needle in a haystack. The unfortunate truth is that traditional weight loss programs, which include low calorie diets, low carb or no carbs diets, work by cutting down calorie intake or some food groups to your body. This results in depriving the body and the metabolic rate in our body slow down. You see when you drastically cut down on the amount of calorie you eat, your body becomes starved and hence it slows the metabolism down and burn less fat.
