No, there is neither a need to create one’s own happiness, nor are the external factors needed for the same. Our very own Self, the real self itself, by nature, is an abode of infinite bliss! So, we just have to realize the Self i.e. attain Self-Realization to attain happiness that is real and permanent, the eternal happiness! What happens upon Self-Realization that creates happiness?rnWe come to know what our real identity is i.e. ‘who really am I’. That enlightenment itself gives great happiness.rnWe realize, ‘I am Pure Soul, which by nature is an abode of eternal bliss!’ So, naturally it’s bound to keep you happy!rnWe understand, ‘who is the real Doer in this world, how this world actually runs.’ With this right understanding, all worries, stress, tension, fear, fatigue, etc. vanish. So, you are a happy person then ☺ Owing to the separation done by Gnani during Self-Realization, we are able to remain unaffected by the external factors, even amidst adverse circumstances. This magical experience is what lures us towards ultimate liberation, and takes us to the last station of ultimate happiness! All the inner weaknesses namely anger, pride, greed, deceit begin to decrease as the awareness of the real Self increases. No anger means happiness; when false pride destroys, it leads to further happiness; as deceit leaves, fountains of happiness spring; and with the total exit of greed, permanent happiness ushers in. Conflicts and clashes with our near ones get replaced by peace, happiness and harmony in our relationships. ‘Just like I am a Pure Soul, every living being in this world is really a Pure Soul’ – this vision received from Gnani during Gnan-vidhi helps manifest real love and a feeling of oneness for all living beings in the world. This creates happiness not only for us but for the entire world.rnThe intent for salvation of the world, in other words, a genuine desire that, ‘May every living being attain the happiness that I have attained’ arises in us, which is enough to spread happiness throughout the world. rnHow do we attain Self-Realization?rnThere are two pathways to attain Self-Realization:rnThe Kramic path and rnThe Akram path Kramic path is the common traditional path where a person renounces worldly things and slowly climbs up, one step at a time, towards the ultimate goal of moksha. The other path is the Akram path, which is an exceptional path, and is indeed a wonder in this present age, because on this path we are not required to acquire or renounce anything. We can attain spirituality even while living our worldly life, just as Emperor Bharata did - he fought battles, enjoyed his royal life, and yet attained liberation! On the Akram path, we directly attain Self-Realization with Gnani’s gracernJust like Lord Krishna graced Arjun with the knowledge of the Self then, we too are able to attain the same knowledge with the grace of Akram Gnani, the Enlightened One that’s amidst us today!!! Gnani knows the qualities of the Self - ‘I’ and the non-self - 'My'. Therefore, he can separate the two, and this is called 'Bhed Gnan', the science of separation. In just two hours time, Akram Gnani gives us the experiential knowledge of the Self i.e. Self-Realization, through this scientific process of separation (Bhed-gnan), known as Gnanvidhi. After Gnani makes the separation between the real Self (I) and John (My), we are able to maintain the awareness of ‘I am the Pure Soul and John is separate’; we are able to experience separation from John’s mind, speech, body, ego, etc. As this awareness enhances, the separation made by Gnani keeps on increasing, and thereby, we experience more and more bliss, the bliss of the Self (the Soul). Now, that’s the happiness we need isn’t it – the permanent happiness, the eternal bliss that never leaves! So come, let’s go to Gnani, the Enlightened One, and attend his Gnan-vidhi! Gnan-vidhi is not only hassle-free, but is also completely free of cost. Yes!... what value (money) can we pay for Gnani’s divine and compassionate, invaluable grace?! Healing rarely looks like we think it will. It’s messier, slower, and much more sacred. Some events split life into before and after. A sudden loss. A betrayal. An illness you didn’t see coming. Trauma feels like a storm that tears down the walls you thought were unshakable. But beneath the wreckage, something else waits. Something you might not expect. With time, and sometimes with the right sacred guidance, the very thing that broke you open can also become what awakens yo
