A new study by the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev has revealed that including more dairy calcium in your dietary plan can contribute to larger body fat losses during a 2 year period.

Divulged in the latest issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition; their 2 year study found that drinking 12 ounces (580mg) of milk every day assisted dieters to lose on average up to 12lbs, whilst individuals who only drank more than a glass of milk a day shed only 7lbs on average.
