Although, the cartilage is flexible, it can suffer deterioration over time due to bad posture. Adopting a good posture such as standing up straight and sitting upright is optimal to the spine health. Exercises are also very important to help improve your posture. In fact, people with bad posture more often than not lose 2 – 4 of their height. These are only a few methods to make you grow taller even after puberty.
