Today's Sermon - Can People Change - by Facilitator PeternCopyright © 2004 - 2007 Facilitator Peter All Rights ReservednnA baby that is born will never be more than the baby’s natural capability. This is God’s structural law providing the fetus was not damaged and if damaged, the problem is surgically corrected. It is also very easy to cause a baby to be less than what it is innately (inborn) capable, by creating a emotional/physical detrimental environment. So in this sense a baby’s potential may be changed but not the baby’s capability. The baby's latent (hidden) capability is still there.nnThe title above is not referring to potential. The above question is referring to once baby has become an adult and has formed a particular personality can this personality be changed without surgical intervention or some form of torture.nnThe simplest way to examine this question is to look at a baby who has grown up to be a thief or an addict. We call someone who steals a thief and someone who takes a food (see sermon “addiction”) repeatedly that is detrimental to their health, an addict. So the question is can they change who they are as a adult?nnThe problem with the above paragraph is that a baby who has grown up to be a adult, that we call a thief or an addict, is in reality a person who steals and a person who takes a food (see sermon “addiction”) repeatedly that is detrimental to their health. Remember the #13th rule of Conduct.nnBy labeling these people we are dehumanizing them, as such we are breaking the 13th rule of conduct. These are people who have a emotional problem and as such society must deal with it.nnThe very first paragraph explained that God’s structure for a baby is set and cannot be changed without surgical intervention or some form of torture. So the answer is that these people personality cannot be changed. However their response to a stimuli can be changed (remember # 9th and 13th rule of Conduct) if you give them (on a emotional level) a reason, to wish to change their response to that stimuli. Then their response will change. Recognize that stealing can be as addictive as smoking etc.nnThis reason, may be to show them, the emotional/physical damage they have inflicted upon their victim’s life. The reason may be to show the emotional and physical harm they are doing to their loved ones (God's structure not only punishes the evil doer but those who are in contact with them), or in the case of someone who cares for no one except themselves, therefore refuses to give up evil actions. The prospect of society protecting itself (See sermon crime/incarceration) may be sufficient reason.nnGod does not ask that you do it all, only for you to do your part. We currently, at least in North America live in an extremely Evil Society. For this society to change, this Church must be supported. For the Living word of God to be widely emotionally understood, takes money. Even though I work, it does not allow me the time or money required to sufficiently promote this understanding within my lifetime. Only the teachings of the Living word of God can promote a better emotional lifestyle and inner peace for all of mankind. Meditation will only provide a degree of inner peace on an individual basis. You, your Children and all of mankind to benefit from God's teachings, this Church must be supported. There is no other understandings (Churches) or organization, including Government that will benefit mankind as well as the Living Word of God. Recognize that learning to be a better person and/or eliminating personal emotional problems is beneficial to all of Mankind. I cannot do it all by myself. Help is needed and will be graciously accepted. Thank You Facilitator Peter nnCopyright © 2004 - 2007 Facilitator Peter All Rights ReservednPO Box 36501 Seafair PO RmdnBC, Cda. V7C 5M4nn
