Can prayers help people get over troubles? If so how?

When there’s a lot of trouble in one’s life, eg. lost a job, family member passed away, there’s an ongoing conflict with someone you love dearly, we usually rush to God and sincerely pray to him with feelings of total surrender. So, do these prayers help get over our problems? Yes, a sincere prayer is always heard!rnPrayer is a special form of request made to God. And when it is done with a true and a pure heart with feelings of surrender, “Dear God! I surrender my problems into your Lotus feet; please help me get over my troubles with total peace, patience and equanimity”; such prayers definitely help people get over troubles.
