Now that is a good question and merits looking into. More than ever lately where ever we look and/or read the conversation of abundance, law of attraction and manifesting are right there in front of us. What is also in front of us is the news; in the papers, on tv and in conversations by the water cooler, about higher prices, lack and all kinds of losses.

How do we balance these two out, we can't go around and pretend that it just plain costs more to go to the gas station and grocery store and that our pay checks are being stretched. What we can do is make a new budget plan find out where we can eliminate extras that won't hurt to bad, check the budget again, and keep modifying it until it hits where the out go matches the income.

When you do this you know where you are at, and then you can move forward on a daily basis to stay within the new budget plan. You have a plan and it is writing, then forget it, don't dwell on it, don't regret it, don't talk about having to "cut corners" to friends, co-workers, family or each other about the negative part of this, after all you did make the decision to make a new budget.

If you can do this, you will eliminate the stress, as stress is the resistance to what is; wanting it to be different; and not being able to make it different. Find something to be grateful for every hour. You thought I was going to say every day, I fooled you; when you are manifesting abundance in your life gratefulness is required all the time. This keeps you in accepting mode to let what you really want in and to keep the stress way in the background.

You can't be grateful and stressed in the same moment, so stay grateful and watch how much easier your days are. Some days you may not be able to think of big things to be grateful for, so go for the finge
ails, hair, electricity, anything that you take for granted.

Keep your thoughts on what you do want, not what you see at the present, have fun and find joy in simple things, be grateful all day long and feel abundant; when you do these things there is very little room for stress to move in. The best gift you can give yourself is not to read the first section of the newspaper and listen to the news, go for a walk, play with the kids or play with the dog instead.
