You want to become enlightened?

Whether being enlightened is your bucket list or not, integrity is an important part of life. In fact I feel it is one of the most important aspects of life. If you are out of integrity God, (The Universe, The Divine) is going to kick your butt. You will not be in the flow of life.

o. All of these men were out of integrity. They all got their butts kicked BIG TIME! Maybe it did not happen immediately but it happened. We cannot be out of integrity for long, we will get caught. So why wait for that to happen do something about it now.

How Do I Live In Integrity?

Be honest with yourself and others. Stop denying the truth to yourself about you and others in your life. Do not enable others. Do not control others. Do not tell little white lies thinking no one will ever find out. We are living in a time where everything is coming full circle more swiftly than ever before. Someone somewhere will find out the truth. No white lie is worth it.

When someone crosses a boundary of yours tell them – in the moment. Practice makes perfect. The more you begin to be honest with yourself and others the easier it becomes. Soon it will become a way of life.

If you are on a dating site and you are about to post a photo of you from ten years ago before you put on 50 pounds and your hair fell out don’t post the picture! Be honest about yourself. If you are a slob call yourself a slob. Don’t try and lead someone along when you are not really interested in them. Tell him nicely, politely and gently, "You seem like a really nice person, but you have certain criteria and they do not meet it. Do not trash another person. Always put yourself in their shoes. Live by the GOLDEN RULE treat others as you want to be treated. Your actions speak volumes about who you are. Always speak kindly to others especially your loved ones.
