Having more than two cups can make you feel nervous and shaky. It is generally safe when taken in mild limits. Too much of anything is harmful, and the same applies while drinking coffee. A large amount of caffeine can also cause insomnia, nausea, increased blood pressure, dizziness, headache. Try keeping the intake to 400 mg of caffeine per day.
