Not exactly removing carbohydrates from your menu but you need to eat a minimized amount of them. You still, however, need carbohydrates as a source of your energy, so that you will have the metabolic power to burn all the fats and calories inside your body.
Just maximize the amount of fruits and vegetable that you eat. This will help you have a healthy life and aside from that this method will help you lose weight. And when you have started eating right and you have lessened the amount of calories that you eat, you can help things along with exercising and having an active lifestyle. Most of the time when we are fat we just live a lifestyle of sleeping and eating on a couch watching movies.
You can change that and start inviting your family or friends and to go out with you to do an activity that would be fun and productive for you such as swimming or taking a stroll. If you want to lose weight you need to involve yourself with doing some cardio exercises or aerobics. Your belly will definitely lose a couple of inches.
