The cardiovascular system is the most important system of the body that regulates all functions of human body. Nutritious diet, adequate sleep, and regular exercise will keep away the cardiovascular disease. Due to our hectic lifestyle, we tend to grab all junk food that is harmful to the cardiovascular system of the body. Food is the most important source of nutrition, thus it is essential to eat all healthy and nutritious food. We are providing you the list of food that should be excluded and replaced in your diet: Cut down your intake of fats: rnThe food that contains saturated fats should be avoided as it increases the risk of blood cholesterol. Limit your intake of cheese, butter, margarine, cocoa butter, and cream sauces. Replace these all with low- fat cheese, yogurt, and olive oil. Select low- fat protein: rnAvoid food items such as fat loaded milk, dairy products, flesh foods, egg yolks, and fried sausages. Instead choose healthy substitutes like skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, Egg whites, legumes, and soybeans. Include more greenies and sweet fruits: rnIncrease the intake of fresh green vegetables and sweet fruits in your daily diet. Vegetables and fruits are loaded with ample of vitamins and minerals. They are very low in calories and are a rich source of soluble fiber that will help to lessen the risk of cardiovascular disease. Include them in your recipes to make it tastier and healthier. Stay away from foods such as coconut, vegetables cooked in creamy sauces, and fruits canned in heavy syrup. Choose whole grains: rnWhole grains are the richest source of dietary fiber and other nutritional elements such as minerals, vitamins, iron, and magnesium. Consume whole wheat bread instead of white flour bread. Replace white rice with brown rice. Increase the intake of whole grain pasta, oatmeal, flax seeds, and high fiber cereals. Exclude away muffins, frozen waffles doughnuts, cakes, and potato chips. Lessen the intake of salt: rnExcessive intake of salt welcomes the risk of high blood pressure and cardiac ailments. Cut down salt in your regular diet. Avoid processed food as they contain good amount of salt. Curb down the habit of table salt. Replace salt with spices and herbs. Try to follow this diet system, it will keep away cardiovascular disease that are life threatening.
